I went back to my home country late March as school was closed. I cancelled my wifi services but decided to keep my mobile number so I could use it upon return in September. However, no money is deducted from my direct debit and I cannot access the app as "I'm no longer with Virgin media"? I tried using the quick pay but payment reference number is missing from the emails I kept previously. And no I don't have the paper bills with me 😞 help!
