Paying final balance without setting up direct debit

Hello,

I have been given my final bill of £2 to pay, but I no longer have a direct debit setup, as I was advised by Virgin Mobile customer services to cancel my direct debit.

Is there anyway I can pay this £2 via debit card, rather than having to call customer services to setup a new direct debit for such a small amount?

I have added a payment card, but on the Bill Summary page, I am offered no option to use this card for payment, it just says "Contact our team to setup direct debit".

Hi nadnerbsregdor,

 

It may advise this if there isn't an active direct debit on your account. If you're unable to make the payment online your best bet is to speak to our customer service team as they will be able to process the payment for you manually.
