Pay coming from account query

I pay for my mobile phone but then I get charged 27 pound extra is this from my old phone and you are still  taking out of my account

Apologies for any confusion caused. If you log into your online account, you should be given a breakdown of additional charges on your bill and advise what these are for.

Why am I being  charged an extra 27 pound on my mobile when  I should only be paying whats on my billing.  Is this off my last mobile phone if so I need a refund 🤔

Yes I have checked my billing its not on there.
