I've got no idea what my Virgin Mobile password is, so would like to reset it.
The request to 'provide an answer' to your security question is a bit ridiculous if you don't tell the user what the question is. I have no idea what my answer to an unknown question is.
The emailed link to reset your password does not work because it claims that more than 24 hours have elapsed since it was sent, despite me clicking on it the second that it arrived in my inbox. Can you alter the coding on the timing relating to this password reset link.
Thanks for your post and welcome to the community forums. Sorry to hear that you're having trouble registering your mobile number. The answer needed is the password you provided when you signed up for an account and the same password you give when your ring to speak to the care team.
