Password reset code not sent

Hi 

I have been trying to reset my password but I haven't received a code to my mobile. I have tried several times. Any ideas or is there a way for virgin to send it.

Could you please clarify which password you need help resetting?

 

Is this an online password for your My Virgin Media account?

 

If so, is this for a Media or Mobile account please?

I had the reset codes all sent in the middle of the night so now is working.
