Hi, I've just taken on a new bundle with Virgin which includes a SIM. Have tried to register a new mobile accoun tbut keep getting the message "Please double check your password follows the rules. Please try again"
My password follows the rules - what more can I do? Going bald with so much hair pulling !

Sorry to hear the system is not liking the password you are choosing. Can I ask if you have managed to get signed up since posting? If not, I'd suggest mixing it up a little or choosing another and see how you get on with that.

Thanks for taking the time to respond and my apologies for the long delay in replying. The issue was resolved by phone with the help of Virgin Mobile staff.
