Password always rejected

Each and every time I try to log in with my email address and password, I get a message that the password is not correct. So every time I have to log in, even if it is 5 minutes after I last logged out, my password is rejected and I have to reset it. Can you sort this out please once and for all?

Sorry to hear about the logging in issues 

Can I ask if this is for a mobile or media account 

Does this happen across other browsers and devices 

Have you tried the forgotten password link

Hi Gareth

It is the Virgin Mobile account. I was able to log in this time with my password - the first time! Otherwise, each time I have had to click the Forgotten Password link, enter a new password and log in through the password reset link emailed to me.

I only use Google Chrome. Is another browser better for logging into this forum?

Thanks for posting. I'd advise clearing cache, cookies etc and this should fix it.

Already did that a few times - never mind. I don't usually post here so it isn't a massive hassle going round and round in circles for the couple pf times that I log on.
