Parked order

Placed an order for a handset, received the "you're in! Welcome to our gang" email then received another email saying my order had been parked 'we need a little more information to continue with your order' and to phone virgin mobile customer service. I rang up and was told that someone would call me, didn't receive a call. I went onto the online chat and asked about my order there. I was asked if I have virgin TV & broadband, which I do. I told them this and was then told I needed to order a sim only plan to then upgrade to a handset after I have had the sim for a week. So I have ordered the sim only plan. The sim only plan has the exact same order number as the order I tried to place for the handset. Just wanting to know, will I receive a handset if I ask again after I've had the sim card a week or will I be stuck on sim only? Thank you

Have you tried contacting our Mobile Care Team on 0345 600 0789 to see if you can upgrade to a handset?

 

As they are a dedicated Mobile Team, they will be able to advise you.
