Parked order

I ordered a new phone yesterday via the live chat, i was told everything has gone through and then i received an email saying we cannot process your order now, also on track my order it says order parked as more information is needed. I phoned 789 and got put through to the fraud team and was told they only deal with stores on a Sunday. Really poor service. I will be cancelling the order and going elsewhere if this cannot be resolved by tomorrow evening.

Thanks for your post and I'm very sorry to see that the order has been parked.

 

Has there been any movement on the order? 

 

Suspicions of fraud along with failed credit checks and handsets being out of stock are the main reasons for orders being parked, have you since spoken with fraud at all?

I have spoken to the fraud team who have said they are waiting for my order and will call me back today or tomorrow, not great service. I have been a virgin mobile customer for over 10 years so cannot understand the delay, i only want to upgrade.
