I ordered a new phone yesterday via the live chat, i was told everything has gone through and then i received an email saying we cannot process your order now, also on track my order it says order parked as more information is needed. I phoned 789 and got put through to the fraud team and was told they only deal with stores on a Sunday. Really poor service. I will be cancelling the order and going elsewhere if this cannot be resolved by tomorrow evening.
I have spoken to the fraud team who have said they are waiting for my order and will call me back today or tomorrow, not great service. I have been a virgin mobile customer for over 10 years so cannot understand the delay, i only want to upgrade.
