Hi everything went through credit checks etc but now my order is parked why has this happend and how long does it  take for someone to get intouch

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community.

When an order is parked, this means the back office team have to do further checks to determine whether or not to proceed with the application. This process timescale is 3 working days and you'll be contacted either way.
