Can someone get back to me about my parked order? Trying to get through to someone is a nightmare and the order has been parked for 3 days. Im happy to provide more information to virgin to get the process moving but nobody can tell me what I actually need to do

Regretfully the team on this forum do not have access to sales info.
You complaint is the most common on this forum and the answer is always to phone sales
