My partner ordered a phone on Wednesday evening. The system showed that this could be delivered today but as nobody was home we requested for it to be delivered tomorrow (so Virgin have had an extra 24 hours to deal with this). We have heard nothing further and the system shows the order is parked. We called customer services who advised that the people we need to speak to left at 5 so obviously this will not be delivered now! I am a virgin customer and can’t believe the lack of customer service when trying to attract a new customer! Does anyone else have any experience of this and how long did this take to resolve? Thanks.
