I've called today to upgrade my phone today and after 45 minutes of telling me that my new phone would be with me tomorrow Iwas told at the end of the call that I would now have to wait for a call to varify the order and the order has been parked?. I've been reading about parked orders and it hasn't filled me with confidence that this order will appear, anybody else had this?

We're not able to cancel orders via the Community I'm afraid. If you wish to cancel you will need to give the team a call on 789 / 0345 600 0789. They will then be able to get things sorted for you.
