On Saturday 27th July I ordered an iPhone XR with airpods, but got no email regarding delivery or the sale agreement. I got an email saying i needed to provide more information, but when i click on the link it just says there'll be a slight delay and they'll be in touch to progress the order. It's been over a week and i have yet to receive anything else, i also cannot log into the account i created when i ordered the phone. Is there any way i could get more information about my order?
