Hi
I’ve arrived in Paris this afternoon on business and have no network coverage.
ive noticed that I am not alone and Virgin should have sent out another SIM card early October or at least contacted customers.
is this correct? Or am I missing something obvious.
ive tried switching on and off and checking roaming etc……

I'm sorry to hear you're having a bit of trouble roaming in Paris today. Did you activate Roaming before you left the UK? Have you been able to use Roaming services in the past?

Hi yes roaming is always activated.
3rd trip to Europe since September and no previous issues
