I can't access wm hill on my data. I log into my account and then a yellow box appears and says give our team a call. Appreciate any help

Have you tried logging into your online mobile account https://mobile.virginmedia.com/ecare/login
Click on Manage Device > Manage Services and turn off Parental Controls.
If it's already set to off turn it on then off again.
You might need to reboot your mobile for the changes to come into effect.

Hi there and thank you for your response. I log in and there is no manage device. All i see is view bill and change my profile.

When you log into the online mobile account, it opens on the Overview page, which is highlighted in red on the navigation bar.
.On the same navigation tab is Billing > Recent Usage > Payments > Plan and Device > Benefits > Upgrades
Click on Plan and Device in the navigation bar, then using the screenshot from my original post under Manage Services you will see another navigation bar with tabs for Overview > Change Plan > Manage Add-ons > Manage Services > Phone Repairs.
Click on the Manage Services tab.
