PAYG ending

Virgin Mobile PAYG will end - but can transfer to a Virgin O2 PAYG plan. My question: will the credit amount in my Virgin PAYG be transferred to the new Virgin O2 account? the guide on the Virgin Help website does not include this info.

If you head to this page on our website it offers more information, including what to do if you have any remaining credit on your current Virgin Mobile PAYG SIM card.
