PAYG REFUND

  • I had a PAYG with you for several years, I am an infrequent user. December 2020 I purchased a new phone as the old one was no longer compatible with the new SIM you sent me.  Suddenly stopped working Jan 2022 I rang and found out you no longer have PAYG service.  I had no prior notification and would like my refund as I topped up 7/6/21 £10 & hardly used the phone.  Can't pass security as don't remember the password so unsure of exact balance-complained online 11/3/22 but no response-slightly disgusted with this as how many others are affected?

We did send prior communication including texts to advise this would be stopped. 

 

So I can take a close look at the refund I've popped you over a private message (purple envelope, top right hand corner) to get a few more details from you.
