I have just transferred from O2 to Virgin Mobile and gave my PAC to transfer my old number. I got a text confirming the port was successful, however my text messages are sending from the temporary Virgin number and my calls are ringing from my old number (the one I wish to keep).
Any ideas how I can go about sorting the text messages out please?

Sorry to see you've been having issues with the porting of the phone number, since switching to Virgin Mobile from O2.
In regards to the text messages, is this in reference to using iMessage on an iPhone? If so, you will need to manually change the number, via the settings menu, as the handset won't recognise that the phone number of the SIM card has been changed via the number port request option.
