PAC request from Virgin for new Volt denied

Renewed contract from ultimate oomph to ultimate volt received new O2 sim but can't request PAC from virgin because they say its under a cancellation request. His do I get my PAC code?

I'm so sorry to hear that you have faced this issue with your PAC code, I'd be happy to take a closer look with you via a PM.
