PAC code

I've been trying to leave but I can't get a PAC code as they say they a order in place but I haven't order anything I'm leaving anyway and would like to take my number with me

I am sorry to hear that you have had some issues with porting your number in. 

Please can I ask, have you just become a customer of ours & you are now looking to port out?
