I am trying to get a PAC code for a phone which is registered to Virgin but has had no service for 3 months. I can access my mobile account, but am unable to text for the code through the phone (no service) and cannot access "switching link" online. Tried phoning but just on hold 20 plus minutes. Can somebody advise?
Yes, thank you, when I go to switching to another provider the only option is to click on "chat to us". When I select this it just takes me to another screen to contact Virgin and tells me if I want to leave I need to call, which is just getting me nowhere!!
