PAC code with no service

I am trying to get a PAC code for a phone which is registered to Virgin but has had no service for 3 months. I can access my mobile account, but am unable to text for the code through the phone (no service) and cannot access "switching link" online. Tried phoning but just on hold 20 plus minutes. Can somebody advise?

Not sure all payments were up to date and whenever I rang and managed to get through to anyone it was a waste of time they said they didn't know what the issue was and it must be the phone,

So if you go to your account online (not the app) do you see switching at the bottom under the menu to change your profile.

Yes, thank you, when I go to switching to another provider the only option is to click on "chat to us". When I select this it just takes me to another screen to contact Virgin and tells me if I want to leave I need to call, which is just getting me nowhere!!

I'm afraid it looks like the only option. 0345 6000 789 is the number if you need to ring from another phone.
