Having been overcharged AGAIN by virgin who are sending multiple texts e.g 40+ instead of 2... And then charging us 30p per text we are now some £54+ down. We have contacted virgin 3 times and each time they promise to sort it out and phone us back. We have not been contacted back. We have made a note of employee numbers but as virgin CS is based some 8000 miles from the UK and seemingly has a don't give a ahem about the customer policy we are not surprised. Our advice is use another service and don't get tied to virgin. Moderators feel free to respond.
