How can I order a new SIM card for my Virgin Pay as you Go mobile? I am finding it impossible to get through on the 0345 number....any help would be appreciated.

Thank you for your post. I'm sorry to hear that your SIM card isn't working.
If the SIM card has been deactivated then we wouldn't be able to reactivate this.
To check this what I will do is private message you to investigate this.
