How can I order a new SIM card for my Virgin Pay as you Go mobile? I am finding it impossible to get through on the 0345 number....any help would be appreciated.

PAYG is being scrapped early next year, a Virgin rep will get to your post and will need to ask some security questions, if this is a replacement sim, I doubt they will issue a new PAYG

Welcome to the forums and thank you for taking the time to post.
I am sorry to hear that you are having some issues getting though to us via the call centre.
As per the advise given by dannylau, our pay as you go services are coming to a close.
What issues are you facing with your current sim?

I tried to make one three weeks ago but the sim was not working….

And before then? How long? If over 90 days then the SIM will have been deactivated for non use

You are probably correct. It’s a phone I would only ever use for emergencies/special occasions.
