I would like to order a replacement SIM online. I have tried using the chat but it just seems to send automated chat. I can't login to my account to request a new SIM because I need to reset the password and it keeps wanting to send a code to the phone.
Thanks. I have seen on a related post that someone from customer services sent them a direct message to request the SIM. I would love to contact customer services direct - do you have an email address for them?
Virgin customer services don't communicate directly by email.
It is possible if the right staff are around on these forums that they might contact you using the forums messaging facility to resolve this but its not common practice and you could be waiting a fair while to get someone available.
