Order a replacement SIM Card

My Mother In Law has got a replacement phone (NOKIA 6310) and needs a different SIM

How can we go about ordering one.  Last time she just popped into local shop but that is no longer an option.

If she would like to call, mobile support can be reached on 789 from a Virgin Mobile or 0345 600 0789 from any other line.
