Ordered an iPhone 12 Pro contract and have the status 'Parked' on my account. Looking through the forums I see this is a pretty common issue with the new customers.
I ordered the phone thinking it would be here within the next day or two and I'm now seeing delays of a 5 days plus from other forum members.
Would a someone from the forum team be able to help me look into this, to see if I can help provide more info and speed things up?
