I am currently switching my household monthly contracts from another mobile phone provider. My old provider has confirmed the switch so we will be cut off in a matter of days however I can't seem to get solid confirmation from Virgin on the switch. I have been in touch twice today and all I have been told is the back office has my order. As I'm switching more than just my phone across I'm concerned about the lack of clarity.
Any advice? I've tried the text service also but waiting 2 hours now for a response. Should I cancel our switch with my old provider?
