Oops’ somethings gone wrong

Hi all,

im trying to turn off parental controls on my mobile device but I’m struggling, my parents have a virgin media account and I’m on their plan, but I’m having trouble logging in and turning off the controls, please help if you can, thanks.

Welcome to our community and thanks for posting. Sorry to hear that you're having difficulty removing the parental controls from your mobile account. 

Can we ask what issues you're experiencing when trying to login? Are you getting an error message, or have you forgotten the email address/password?
