Hi.
I hope someone can help me. I updated my virgin mobile SIM to the oomph SIM without much trouble. Now using it I have no phone signal or mobile data whilst at work before both worked perfectly.
Can't understand why it now no longer works????

Your old SIM would have been on the EE network, all new SIM cards are on Vodafone. Check Vodafone coverage for your workplace
