I got a sim with my Oomph bundle.
My contract with previous mobile provider was still active at the time so continued to use it.
Now I'm trying to use the Oomph bundle Virgin sim card, but it is now inactive.
Can I get a new sim card sent out that will work with my Oomph bundle?
Or do I need to get this one reactivated some how?
