Oomph 5gb sim using overseas

Hello

I’m trying to use my phone in Turkey however there’s no network. I think International barrier is on for my phone. I can not set up my phone as I don’t have any virgin mobile account. Can you please help me in this issue?

Roaming needs to be turned on, international call barring needs to be off. 

You can access these by logging in to your account, if possible,  see below:

Otherwise, you need to call CS, which could be expensive from Turkey.
