Only H+ connection all weekend (usually 4G) north of Lincoln. Why?

Hello. Normally I have a good signal on Virgin. My wife and I both use Moto G9 phones and the norm is usually 4G+. 

It has been no better than H+ for a couple of days now.  Phones rebooted a number of times with no improvement. Anyone know why this should be?

Check they have not moved you from EE to Vodafone... They did that too me terrible now.

Could get 4G at home at times only if on an upper floor of the house. Flicking between H and H+ on the ground. Very low signal strength. Prior to this it was 4G - 4G+ everywhere with a strong signal

 At present near Newark and it is 4G with a low signal strength  where last week it was a solid 4G+ and a decent signal.

A definite degraded service - not impressed

Do you experience weak single when you're outside your house? Is this mainly only inside your property you experience the weakened signal?

It is weak both inside and out. This page took over a minute to load - outside, weak signal H+
