Online gambling - cannot make payments from phone credit

Hi I usually use pay by phone option on certain gambling sites and use my credit from my phone. I am on contract with £125 credit limit and I have credit remaining. Now it declines my payments but did work yesterday for one payment and declined again today. I can't see why this is happening if anyone has any ideas?

Thank you for making your first post regarding making payments for online gambling from phone credit.

Can you please expand for me on how you Pay By Phone - do you add money to the gambling account and this adds the amount to your phone balance?

Could the issue perhaps be with a spend limit on the gambling website itself - have you tried contacting the website?
