i have a virgin mobile phone which is my daughters as she got refused a credit agreement but had ordered online So created her own account at that point ,now I cannot get on the online account and would like to know why.
the phone bills are e mailed to me
but if I try and register or change password or log in I cant
i am going round in circles trying to obtain access to the account
is it because her original account exists with the registered address the same and the phone number the same
