Online account

Hi 

i have a virgin mobile phone which is my daughters as she got refused a credit agreement but had ordered online  So created her own account at that point ,now I cannot get on the online account and would like to  know why.

the phone bills are e mailed to me 

but if I try and register or change password or log in I cant

i am going round in circles trying to obtain access to the account 

is it because her original account exists with the registered address the same and the phone number the same 

 

please help

Yes I am the account holder although it is my daughters phone she could not a credit agreement 

she originally set up an online account with her name and phone number but then got declined the order

i had to order the phone in my name 

the bills come to my e mail address but when I try to log in / register it won’t allow me to request a new password or to create an account as it says there is an error
