Older monthly bills

Would virgin be able to re send  older mobile bills from.2019 and 2020. Electronically (e mail) is fine

Do you have access to your online account?

You should be able to view your previous bills there.

If not, I can look at re sending these for you however I am unsure if we can send from that far back unfortunately,

Yes i can access online account but bills only go back a year. I m happy to pay a fee to retrieve the old ones.

Thank you for your reply.

We can only send copy bills from our side for the past 24 months.

You can raise a data subject access request (DSAR) and if we have the older bills on record, they can send these to you.

Would you be able to send bills from September 2020 to September 2021 please? I will put in the request that you've mentioned for the 2019 ones.
