I am not receiving OTP SMSs. Having looked on other threads it seems this is a common issue for over 2 years and is not being resolved by Virgin. Am I correct in this assessment? Does anyone have any advice on what to do to correct this? If Virgin is not able to fix this problem then I will have to change provider - being able to receive OTPs is imperative nowadays and makes Virgin Mobile defunkt.
Any advice gratefully received.

Thanks. Yes, this is one of the threads I was referring to and it seems to be a long ongoing issue that Virgin is not resolving - although it doesn't seem to be a problem with other providers.

That thread is now 18 months old so I don't think a fix will come anytime soon. I have to say quite a few have left Virgin over it.
