Number porting (partly happened)

Hello - hoping I can get some help 🙂

I've been advised (by text from Virgin) that my number port is complete but I still can't receive calls. I can make calls and they come up with my ported number by no luck on receiving calls.

In my VM account it also says the port is complete so I'm thinking there's a technical issue. 

Any advice? Thanks
