I have recently had a mobile upgrade to the s21 after months of constant calls to upgrade .now this new phone is unusable .can't callmessage , email .receive texts or calls etc .virgin sent a new sim still not on network, been with them 17 yrs my mobile is my business number .they have fobbed me of now for 2 weeks .no callbacks nothing .won't cancel my contract as its after 14 days . Mega stressed now without clients able to contact me let alone friends or family . Sick to death with them now

This is not good to hear at all
The phone will still be in warranty if you have just upgraded
Also what did the Team say when you told them it was Faulty?
