Not receiving text messages

My husband and I received our Samsung Note 20 Ultras from yourselves but for the last few weeks both of us are having problems receiving texts.

Which makes things impossible when a text verification is required for paying certain things or resetting things. Or even getting family texts for Christmas which have received none so far?

Please could someone help? Would it be the sim? Something need resetting on your end?

Also, just to add to it, the voicemail icon won't go away either.

I have rebooted and turned the phone off and back on for both of these problems .. it doesn't help! Please could someone help the phone would be great otherwise.. and this is really frustrating. I could be getting work texts and not receiving anything!

Are the phones using WiFi Calling?

Seems there is a problem receiving text messages when it is switched on.

Check and switch off if necessary and try again.

How are things looking now are you able to receive Texts now
