Joined Virgin Mobile in December, had my number ported across from Three Mobile, this took place on 28th December.
Over the last four days, I have stopped receiving text messages from any other network, other than Virgin Mobile.
I have reset my phone. The issue is still ongoing.
I have a purple sim, with the message centre number +447458399008, my device is a Samsung S7.
I would appreciate any advice that could be given.

I have responded.
Just an update.
After speaking with Customer Services.
I received a new sim on Wednesday and so far so good, now receiving texts from various contacts.
