Not receiving OTP codes from Amazon

Have reset network setting and reset phone. Managed to get one OTP from Amazon but it has stopped again. Customers service couldn’t find a problem with my phone. Tried SIM in different phone and still didn’t work so phone doesn’t appear to be the problem. No problem getting Amazon OTP on another phone using an EE SIM and mobile number. No problem with Ebay OTP, can you help. Is it something to do with short code numbers?
