Hi I have just got a new Samsung Galaxy 21Ultra and I am having some issues using the virgin mobile app to check my data and get the message that I am not the primary account holder. I have cleared the cache and data from my old and new phone but I am still unable to resolve the issue and log in correctly. I am the primary account holder.
Some help would be greatly appreciated thanks.
