Hello. My phone and my wifes phone both s10 are stating that we have no network coverage since yesterday and sim keeps refreshing. Could there be an outage in the area? As it seems strange both sims to be faulty

More than likely an outage. Thing is you could be on either Vodafone or EE for signal

I have been able to locate your account and would like to look into this for you.
Can you confirm if you have been able to check the service pages provided?
Have you been able to take the handset to another area to see if there is any change?
