Not able to send text after inserting new sim card
I have a Doro PhoneEasy 612 phone as I am partially sighted. I had no issues with my old Virgin SIM card and been able to send/receive text messages and make phone calls.
I received a letter from Virgin to say that i will be receiving a new SIM card to replace the old SIM card. After inserting the new SIM card I am not able to send text messages with the message 'Failed to Send' .However I do receive text messages and able to make phone calls.
The message centre number looks correct '447458399008'

Many thanks for you reply. I am still having issues with not been able to send text messages. The strange thing is that on Sunday evening I was able to send a text message but yesterday I had the same problem.
I thought it might be my signal but tries in different location and still get the same problem.
