I have been trying to contact Virgin Media about one of my mobile accounts that was not cancelled by the Agent I logged it with, which has caused a two months later which was virgins fault as admitted by another agent.
I was first given the creditfileamendments@virginemedia.co.ukaddress to contact. But all emails get bounced back saying could not be delivered.
Then today I was given an alternative ConsumerUnderwritingServices@virginmedia.co.uk address, and the replies I get from that is that it is not monitored.
Can someone give me the correct and still functional email address or do I have to generate a complaint process to get a simple email sent?
