3 different handsets, 3 different similar. Someone calls us we can't hear them, they can't hear us. Meaning you have to immediately call them back if it's someone you know, private number, forget about it. Now a quick search online shows this isn't an isolated thing, and vurhin are aware, bit zero fixes for it. Tried the different suggestions made, change to 3g etc but nothing helps. Rather than the usual line of its a foreign network answer, tell me why friends with us on O2, Vodafone and EE have no issues, but us, with 3 virgin contracts all have the same problem?

Hi Yermucker, thanks for posting on our help forum.
We're sorry to hear you're having issues with the sound on incoming calls while in Ireland, could you please try a manual network search on the device to see if there are any other networks to connect to while you're there? Let us know if this helps.
Also are you able to try the SIM in another handset to see if you still get the same issue there?
Please, let us know and we're happy to assist further.

Thanks for this reply, sorry to see you've tried all this and it was not of help. Have you also received a new SIM and still got the same issues?

We're sad to hear your SIM replacement did not help with this.
Have our team advised of any tickets raised to resolve this instead or other workarounds, on your previous communications?

Thanks, Yermucker. Did we advise on any resolutions at all after the SIM replacement?

Hi there @Yermucker
Apologies for the service issues and the problems experienced getting this resolved. From further investigation we're aware of a problem outside the UK that we are currently investigating.
This may be the cause of the problems and we will update you as soon as we hear back in relation to this. So sorry for the inconvenience.
Thank you.
