My mobile phone telephone service is not working while I am overseas.
I have tried switching off roaming in my virgin mobile account on the website, waiting 24 hours, and switching it on again.
That didn't work, so I tried to connect manually to each of the five mobile phone service providers showing in my phone, but I can't connect to any of them.
Any help would be appreciated as I would like my mobile telephone service to work while I'm away.
